TIMETABLE: From 17:00h to 21:00h

ROUNDS: 8-10 . Consequently to number of players. Number of rounds will be annonced before the Festival's beginning

THINKING TIME: 10 minutes for each player without increment

REGISTRY: Registry will due until april 6th, only players from International Tournament will be able to play into Fischer Tournament.

PAIRINGS: Pairings will be prepared using a computer program

TIES: Ties will be decided after the Festival's end sorting the next ones:
Increasing
Total Buchholz
Calculated Bulchholz (without best and worse result)
Winning Games
Buchholz will be calculated using FIDE correction

ILEGAL MOVES: Fisrt two ilegal moves will represent the bonification of 1 minute in opponent's clock. Third ilegal move will finish the game with the opponent victory

MOBILE PHONES: Mobile phones are prohibitted at venue. Her use will finsih the game with the opponent victory. Smoking is prohibitted inside the venue

ADMITTANCE: Organization has the right to decline special registrations

FAIR PLAY: Players must follow best accurate norms from fair play

PENALTIES: Organization has the right to decide special penalties if any player acts improperly

REGULATION: Anything not appearing in the official tournament rules will be decided by FIDE-FEDA regulations
